1 Year Guarantee
Our items are designed and crafted to a high standard, and we are confident you will use and enjoy your purchases for many years. However, should an item fail, it is protected by a one-year limited guarantee from the original date of receipt. Full details can be found on the Delivery & Returns page.
Vegan Friendly
Our focus on the environment means our materials and processes are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. In fact, our faux leathers are up to 3 times more environmentally friendly than animal leather. We do not use PVC.
International Delivery
EU Countries: If you are ordering from an EU country, you will no longer pay VAT at the checkout. Instead, tax/IVA and any customs import duties will be payable by you before your parcel is delivered.
U.S. Deliveries: From August 29, 2025, all U.S. orders are subject to customs duties and processing fees. To make delivery smoother, our U.S. shipping charge is now £19 (includes customs processing fees), and an 8% duty fee is applied at checkout. This means your parcel will be sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) and no additional fees will be required.
