We are open as usual. The difference being, that we will be despatching from our home and delivering to yours. All UK orders are being sent on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.
Understandably, it will be more difficult for you to return items, and we do not encourage you to make unnecessary trips outside. For this reason, we have extended the returns period to 30 days. We still ask that you notify us as soon as possible that you wish to return the item, so we can record it and look out for it.
Currently, we cannot complete personsonalisation requests on a a fast-track 24 hour service. Please allow the full 4-5 days for this service before we can despatch your order.
Orders are despatched the same day (if ordered before 1pm EST). If you are ordering personalisation, please allow an additional 3-4 working days. Your delivery will require a signature. You can add a note during checkout if you would like us to deliver to a safe place or with a neighbour.
Please ensure we have a delivery address where it can be signed for. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered the driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.
We are unable to deliver on Public Holidays so please allow an additional day for your delivery if your despatch is preceded by a Public Holiday.

During busy times of the year such as St. Valentines Day, Father’s Day and Christmas, we will hold a larger quantity of stock. However, we do urge you to order as far in advance as possible so we can make sure your order is delivered on time.
If you require a faster delivery, please contact us with your order number and the time frame and we will do our best to accommodate your requirement. Faster delivery times will be dependant on location and may incur an extra delivery charge.
If you set up an account when you place your order, you will be given access to a personal account area. It is here that you can manage delivery addresses and track orders.
When your order is despatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You will be able to track the progress and status of your delivery.
We are unable to give an exact date of despatch for personalised orders.
If you require an item for a specific date and you are ordering personalisation, please note that we are unable to cancel the order or offer a refund if the item has been personalised, but has not arrived on time.
The personalisation time of 3-4 days is given purely as a guide and unforeseen delays can occur.
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send the item back to us within 14 days for a exchange or a refund. Please ensure the item is repackaged to prevent damage and include a copy of your order or the order number, along with your contact details to:
