Delivery Charges

Orders are despatched the same working day (if ordered before midday EST). If you are ordering personalisation, please allow an additional 3-4 working days. Your delivery will require a signature. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered the driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

You can add a note during checkout if you would like us to deliver to a safe place or with a neighbour, but please not that some couriers will not do this even if we leave an instruction.

If you are ordering during a national holiday, please allow additional days for your order to be despatched or delivered.

EU Customers:
If you are ordering from the EU, the euros price is now excluding VAT. Instead, this will be payable when your item is delivered.

UK Shipping Services

Standard: When you select Standard UK delivery your parcel will be sent with Royal Mail and will require a signature. This is not a timed service.

Express: Need your order faster? Select Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 and upgrade your delivery. Please note that Tracked 48 and 24 may not be available to some areas of the Highlands and Islands.

International Shipping Services

Standard: Your parcel will be delivered with the DHL Deutsche Post Network or Royal Mail International and will require a signature. This is not a timed service, has limited tracking and will arrive with your local postal network.

Express: Need your order faster? Select DHL Express and upgrade your order to DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Enjoy next working day delivery to the EU or 1-3 day delivery for USA and Rest of the World, plus a host of other benefits.

On Demand Delivery (ODD) – Sustainable Express Delivery

DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s dispatch, progress and estimated delivery date/time. If this date does not fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place. This service provides a host of flexible shipping options including:

  • Deliver your package to another address: alternate delivery to work or family
  • Deliver your package at a safe place, or with neighbour.
  • Deliver your package at a DHL ServicePoint: hold for pick‐up collection
  • Request to store your package: vacation hold safekeeping your parcel up to 30 days
  • Deliver your package on another day: scheduled delivery

Note: Any duties / taxes applicable to your order within your destination country are your responsibility.

DHL-Go-Green, Sustainable Shipping | Watson & Wolfe
When you select Express Shipping with DHL, your delivery will be Climate neutral. The Go Green program is a DHL Group-wide environmental protection program which aims to reduce all logistics-related emissions to zero by the year 2050.

Offers & Discount Codes

Free delivery offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discount codes are not valid on sale items, bundles or gift sets.

Holidays & Celebrations

During busy times of the year such as St. Valentines Day, Father’s Day and Christmas, we will hold a larger quantity of stock. However, we do urge you to order as far in advance as possible so we can make sure your order is delivered on time.

Your Account

If you set up an account when you place your order, you will be given access to a personal account area. It is here that you can manage delivery addresses and track orders.


When your order is despatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You will be able to track the progress and status of your delivery.

Personalised Orders

We are unable to give an exact date of despatch for personalised orders.

If you require an item for a specific date and you are ordering personalisation, please note that we are unable to cancel the order or offer a refund if the item has been personalised, but has not arrived on time.

The personalisation time of 3-4 days is given purely as a guide. At peak times of the year it can be as long as 5-6 working days.

If you are concerned about the delivery of an order, you can contact us during office hours or by email info@watsonwolfe.com. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours.

1 Year Guarantee

All our items are designed and crafted by experienced people, and we are confident you will use and enjoy your purchases for many years. However, in the event an item should fail, your item is protected from the original date of receipt by a one-year limited guarantee (proof of purchase required). This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your legal rights.

The guarantee does not cover damages arising from accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Watson & Wolfe.

Exchanges & Returns

Gifts purchased between 19th October 2022 and 23rd December 2022 may be returned for either an exchange or a refund up until 13th January 2023.​​​​​​​​ This policy excludes items which have been personalised.

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your parcel.  Our refund and returns policy lasts for 28 days. You can send the item back for an exchange or a refund during this time. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Personalised items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. Please include a small note with you name and order number.

You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for an unwanted item the original delivery charge is not refunded.

If you are returning an expensive item, we would recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
