Delivery

Your order will be shipped the same day (if received before 1pm), and delivered within 48 hours by Royal Mail (excludes Sundays & Bank Holidays).

 

Personalised orders are despatched within 3-4 working days.

 

We deliver parcels on a signed service, so please ensure we have a delivery address where it can be signed for. If f nobody is available when your parcel is delivered the driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.

 

We are unable to deliver on Public Holidays so please allow an additional day for your delivery if your despatch is preceded by a Public Holiday.

If you require a faster delivery, please contact us with your order number and the time frame and we will do our best to accommodate your requirement. Faster delivery times will be dependant on location and may incur an extra delivery charge.

Your Account

 

If you set up an account when you place your order, you will be given access to a personal account area.  It is here that you can manage delivery addresses and track orders.

Tracking

 

When your order is despatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You will be able to track the progress and status of your delivery.

Personalised Orders

 

We are unable to give an exact date of despatch for personalised orders.

 

If you require an item for a specific date and you are ordering personalisation, please note that we are unable to cancel the order or offer a refund if the item has been personalised, but has not arrived on time.

 

The personalisation time of 3-4 days is given purely as a guide and unforeseen delays can occur.

Returns

CHRISTMAS Returns Policy – Extended

 

Items purchased online between 18th October 2019 and 24th December 2019, can be returned until the 14th January 2020.

Returning an item

 

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send the item back to us within 14 days and we will give you a refund. Please ensure the item is repackaged to prevent damage and include a copy of your order or the order number, along with your contact details to:
