If you choose to give additional delivery instructions e.g. “leave with neighbour”, “leave in the shed”, we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen.
Deliveries take place between 8am and 9pm and may require a signature. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and there isn’t a safe place to leave the parcel, the driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery.
We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an additional day for your delivery if your despatch is preceded by a Bank Holiday.
Deliveries to the following locations are classified as International/European and charged at £9.00.
Deliveries to the EU take 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the day you receive your shipping confirmation email.

When your order is despatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You will be able to track the progress and status of your delivery.
If you set up an account when you place your order, you will be given access to a personal account area. It is here that you can manage delivery addresses and track orders.
We are unable to give an exact date of despatch for personalised orders.
If you require an item for a specific date and you are ordering personalisation, please note that we are unable to cancel the order or offer a refund if the item has been personalised, but has not arrived on time.
The personalisation time of 5 days is given purely as a guide and unforeseen delays can occur.
Please allow 2-3 working days after despatch for your order to arrive. Please allow at least this amount of time.
If you have ordered personalisation, you will need to allow at least 5 working days for the service to be completed before your order will be processed for despatch.
You will be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into ‘My Account’.

We want to resolve any issues with incorrect items straight away.
Please contact our Customer Services team with your order number and we will send you a replacement item as quickly as possible.
If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please return it to us to assess.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged due to either defective workmanship or materials, please contact us immediately and we will refund you the purchase price. This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
