Orders are despatched Monday to Friday and within 48 hours. If you are ordering personalisation, please allow an additional 3-5 working days. Your delivery will require a signature.
Gift Presentation. Items arrive packaged in a Watson & Wolfe gift box or inside an organic cotton dust bag. Our packaging is plastic-free and where possible made from recycled materials.
EU Customers: If you are ordering from the EU, you will no longer pay VAT at the checkout. Instead, VAT and any customs import duties will be payable before your parcel is delivered.
