Green Smoothie Bowl, Vegan Recipes | Watson & Wolfe

Blend 👉🏼 1 frozen banana + 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice + 1/4 cup frozen berries + 1/4 avocado + 1 date, 2/3 cup milk + 2 cups baby spinach + 2 tbsp hemp seeds + 1 tbsp chia seeds. Top with your favourite granola & fruit.

Pink Smoothie Bowl, Vegan Recipes | Watson & Wolfe

Loving the pink vibes… made with pretty pink fruit powder! Made only from fruits and vegetables.

3 frozen bananas
A splash plant milk
1 teaspoon fruit powder
for about 1 tbsp agave syrup
place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. Top with fresh berries and kiwi flowers.

3 cupful’s of frozen berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, red currants & blueberries)
Cupful of chopped melon
Tsp collagen powder @fitonomy
Tbs chia seeds & for decoration @grapetreefoods (if you blend the melon first it makes a delish juice ready for the frozen berries)

Cacao Smoothie Bowl, Vegan Recipes | Watson & Wolfe

Topped with granola, coconut shreds, homegrown raspberries and mint. 🍫😋

 

For the smoothie I used two bananas, a tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder, about two tsp of flaxseeds, a heaped tbsp of oats, vanilla and a splash of water.

Banana Mango Smoothie Bowl, Vegan Recipes | Watson & Wolfe

🥣 To make this bowl I blended 2 small frozen bananas and 1 large frozen mango.

 

I topped my bowl with coconut flakes, cherries, frozen raspberries, puffed quinoa and edible flowers 💛
