Orders & Payments

We are committed to reducing and limiting the waste associated with fashion production. We achieve this by operating a frequent order production model. Orders are placed with our factories every 10-12 weeks. This production model enables us to direct materials to the best selling items and not to items which may sit in our warehouse for several weeks or months before being sold. It also prevents excessive stock requiring mark down and stock requiring write off and disposal which happens all too often in our industry.

 

ORDERING

 

When you place an order you are buying an item from stock, or in the event the item is out of stock, you will be reserving an item from the next delivery.

 

If an item is not available, you will be presented with the next delivery date and your order will be held on backorder.

 

We aim to limit the lead-time for any waiting order to 8 weeks. If for any reason your order will take longer to fulfill, we will contact you.

 

 

HOLIDAYS AND CELEBRATIONS

 

During busy times of the year such as St. Valentines Day, Father’s Day and Christmas, we will hold a larger quantity of stock. However, we do urge you to order as far in advance as possible so we can make sure your order is delivered on time.

 

 

CHECKING THE STATUS OF AN ORDER

 

After you have completed your purchase, you should receive an email confirming your order. You can check your order status online by logging in to your ‘Account’.

 

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a email with a tracking number. If you have any other queries, please get in touch.
